yes amazing skills here and of course photoshop is a great tool.digital painting is now a specific medium in the art where you can recreate the notion of painting but it has nothing to do with using real paint ofcourse. Good Job on this Copy of Caravaggio I could not do this myself its perfect in every detail.. Well Done !

Oh man I am so jealous… Like the ones who disliked this video.The music fits perfect to this masterpiece.And you must be a really serious artist if you did that in five days… respect.

you unlocked the artist’s restrictions to create, in whatever means and mediums for the sake of expressions…..u really have ur own skill yet u still inspire me w/ my own limitations :) i am a mixed media artist, a lot of things i cannot do w/ my hands, knowing limitations will open thousand doors of what else you can do..other creative processes are already accepted, it is not less than any art……It is art, by all means as long as u rare rue…… not all magic can be performed by all..

it’s utterly amazing to see how all this started off as was a series of grey lines and it turned to this masterpiece
@mfirebird3000 practice practice practice.
Beautiful, thank you
I definitely wouldn’t call this a master piece, it’s good and fun, but no master piece. I agree that if Caravaggio were alive today he’d use photoshop; and spray paint and kinkos and tag up the whole of Rome with poster and stencils under the name “LocoVago.”
@darkie1973 I agree that it takes a skilled artist to recreate such a dramatic piece of art, even in PS, however what is missing in the digital translation of technique is the organic experience of the painter engaged in mixing and creating their own color palette. Photoshop literally puts at your fingers thousands of premixed digi-colors :)
Caravaggio = Orgasm
@visabledarkness no, in fact just gives you about 50, just like any brand color chart; you have to make the rest by yourself.
Wow, awesome overload!
EPIC
5 days.WHHAAAAAT?
Caravaggio’s style is very hard to replicate. As an artist myself, I know it’s healthy to do a master copy every once in awhile. It keeps ya on your toes. This is beautiful.
That was amazing! 8D I am in shock it was so beautiful. <3
