   When i scan a pasport photo then make it bigegr it comes out all dotty and it dont look right how can i fill-in the blanks spots to make it look better

   Lots of great tuts u have and I have enjoyed… being a retoucher I was quite disappointed by this one and the same time pleased… please do have everyone blow their images using blur.. that helps keep separate the real retouchers from the ones with just a hobby..!
